Self-Determination Program Guidance

We provide step-by-step support to help families successfully enter and navigate the Self-Determination Program. This includes understanding SDP and how it works, preparing for IPP meetings, budget guidance and planning, spending plan development, and ongoing support after enrollment.

Independent Facilitator Services

As your Independent Facilitator, we help you manage and maximize your SDP experience. Our role includes ongoing guidance and oversight, service coordination support, budget monitoring, problem-solving and advocacy, and ensuring compliance with SDP guidelines. We work alongside you to make sure your plan stays effective and aligned with your goals.

Consulting for Service Providers

We help businesses and service providers successfully offer services within the Self-Determination Program. Support includes service code identification, service structuring and positioning, HCBS compliance guidance, FMS onboarding and billing practices, and business strategy for SDP success. Ideal for providers who want to confidently begin or expand working with SDP clients.

Coaching for Current & Aspiring IFs

We provide coaching for individuals who want to become Independent Facilitators or improve their current practice. This includes understanding the IF role and responsibilities, best practices for working with families, SDP compliance and documentation, and real-world strategies and guidance.

Free Self-Determination Coaching

We offer free coaching sessions for eligible Regional Center clients who want to learn more about the Self-Determination Program or need help navigating the process.
